Comments: This is my first attempt at a full-traditional comic. I used to Photoshop to bring the black back out (damn you, scanner) and to move the text. I have atrocious handwriting so enjoy that.
No, I didn't use references. I was inking this at my mom's house at 2am. What did you expect?

Holy cow! I'm loving this look. Very nice job with the cross-hatching, especially on the 1st panel with all that nature.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part though, stylistically, is having the frog perched on the one panel. It ties the "background panel/1st panel/scene-establishment" into the main story panels wonderfully. And it's playful to boot. <3
